The Triad refers to three important star systems inside the Complex: the Valure System, the Divastuss System, and the Hankilla System.
These systems are important because they concentrate significant computational power, infrastructure, relays, and civilizational activity. They should not be treated as the absolute center of the Complex, nor necessarily as its most important systems. They are simply important enough, and sufficiently associated with each other, to be known collectively as the Triad.
The name does not imply a human-centered political region. The Triad is part of the Complex and belongs to the broader syraki civilizational infrastructure.
